The Monitoring European Legal Developments plaform (hereafter MELD) is the owner and administrator of this Site. MELD grants to visit the MELD web site (Site) to users, and to download and copy information from all free parts of the Site. ‘Free parts’ are all sections of the Site which can be accessed without any restriction (special log in). For all restricted sections of the MELD site the special conditions stipulated or agreed by legal contracts, and additional Special Disclaimers are binding.
For all parts of the MELD web site, users have no right to resell or redistribute Site-content or to compile or create derivative works there from, unless otherwise agreed in contracts. Special terms and conditions and more specific restrictions in regard to data bases and other materials will be outlined separately.
Opinions, findings, interpretations and conclusions presented on this Site are those of MELD and those working with MELD unless explained otherwise.

Data Protection Statement
The collection of data for anonymous users (free access areas of the MELD-Site) refers only to users’ Internet providers, websites from which users access the MELD-Site, and pages users visit on that Site.
For restricted sections of the MELD-Site personal data are collected in agreement with the user. These personal data refer usually to a user name and an email address. For some data base applications in addition the date and time of usage of the data base might be monitored to avoid misuse of terms of conditions.
None of the data collected will be exported neither within nor outside the EEA, nor provided to any other person or institution. Stored data will be deleted after contracts or agreements expire.
